1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Royal Nails Spa website and any message you send us through it, together with the salon policies that apply when you visit. They do not change any rights you have under Texas consumer law.

2. Appointments and walk-ins
Appointments can be booked by phone or online; walk-ins are welcome. Please call if you are running late or need to change your time — we will hold or move your appointment where the day allows.

3. Pricing
The prices shown on this site are a starting point: the final price depends on nail length, shape, design and any removal needed. We confirm your total before any work begins. Gift cards are available in salon.

4. Fixes
If something is not right shortly after your visit, let us know as soon as you notice and come back in so we can take a look. We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Promotions
Promotions are valid only for the dates and conditions stated with them, cannot be combined unless stated, and are subject to availability.

6. Your health and safety
Please tell your technician about any allergy, skin condition, recent injury or pregnancy before your service starts so we can adapt what we use. We may decline a service where doing it would not be appropriate.

7. Information we collect
When you send a message through our contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred date, the service you asked about and your message. We also record technical details of the request — your IP address, browser and the page you submitted from — to help us respond and to detect abuse.

8. How we use it
We use your details only to reply about your visit and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this website and our email, or where the law requires it.

9. Photographs
We may photograph finished nails for our gallery and social media. If you would rather we did not photograph your nails, just tell your technician.

Traffic to this site is encrypted and messages are stored in a system only authorised staff can reach. Please do not send card numbers or other payment details through this website.

12. Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing the salon. We will act on the request promptly.

This site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and our online booking provider. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
